The meeting on realization of investment projects in the sphere of agro-industrial complex on the territory of the ARC was held

 
Today, February 20, 2014, under the supervision of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliev, took place the meeting on the implementation of investment projects in agro-industrial complex.
 
The event was attended by business leaders, representatives of investors, the territorial subdivisions of the Central Executive authorities and the local self-government of the Crimea, public organizations.
 
One of the issues was the investment project on creation wine-complex on the territory of Saksky district - the village Heroyskoe and Krymskoe.
 
According to director of the group of companies "Legend of the Crimea" Pavel Pestov, the project involves the construction of a plant for processing of grapes and production of wine products.
 
"The project exists since 2011, and today he is underway," said Pavel Pestov and added that it is planned to plant more than 1 thousand hectares of vineyards.
 
In addition, to complete the construction of the plant and its commissioning will be attracted 300 professionals. Today, the volume of investment is about 4 million euro, after the full construction of the plant – in about 40.
 
During the event it was discussed the project on construction of the greenhouse complex with the use of alternative energy sources.
 
"The project involves the construction of greenhouse complex with productive protected ground area of 30 hectares for the cultivation of vegetables in the village Yantarnoe, Krasnogvardeisky district. Greenhouse complex type “Venlo” which uses alternative energy sources, including energy of thermal waters and solar energy," - said the head LLC "Alibeili" Mark Milihov.
 
The construction of the complex will be held in three stages: 1st stage - construction of the first unit with the area of 10 hectares, plus all the infrastructure for the operation of the first unit, in 2014; 2nd stage - construction of the second unit with the area of 10 hectares plus vegetable store up to 5,000 tons, in 2015; 3 stage - construction of the third block of 10 hectares plus workshop on processing of vegetables and construction of mini-power station, in 2016.
 
Mark Melikhov focused on the fact that initially it is planned to invest in the project 48 million USD, but taking into account the additional construction of the vegetable store, workshop on processing of vegetables, mini-power plant, the amount of the project will be 62 million USD.
 
It should be noted, that the project will create a high-tech greenhouses in Krasnogvardeisky district of autonomy and more than 450-500 jobs, etc.
 
At the meeting the presentation of investment project of "Meat Processing Complex" Skvortsovo" was held.
 
General Director of MBC "Skvortsovo" Vitaly Polischuk said that, since 2007 till present time, there is a growth of pigs from 5106 heads up to 37000.
 
"Till the end of 2014, it is planned to invest 20 mln UAH in order to increase the number of pigs," said the Director General.
 
Within 2014-2015 it is planned the commissioning of modern pig slaughtering plant, the amount of investment of is in about 30 million UAH.
 
In addition, the event considered another promising project of building of the sewage treatment plants on the territory of Koktebel.
 
According to the representative investor, corporation "MIA Project" Helena
 
Kogdas, the complex will be built in two stages.
 
«The first phase includes the construction of the WWTP with a capacity of 2500 cubic meters per day, reception and processing of sewage network, located on the waterfront of the village; gasket network CBS with a length of about 3 km, reception and processing of sewage importing vehicles up to 700 cubic meters per day, planned to be completed by June 2014. Second stage - the construction of additional capacities of 2500 cubic meters CBS per day laying networks around the village about 9 km long and connecting residents to a central sewer system, planned to be completed by June 2015 year " – reported Elena Kogdas.
 
Also, the construction of this treatment will create more than 40 jobs with year-round employment.
 
"The plans for further development are to produce organic fertilizers on the basis of treatment» - summarized the representative investor.
