According the information of General Statistical Department of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2013 the volume of exports increased by 1.8% and amounted to 904.9 million USD. Imports amounted to 1143.9 million USD and decreased by 20.3%.
The export greatest share:
- chemical products and related industries - 35.2% of total exports of goods, including tanning extracts - 23.7%, inorganic chemistry - 11%;
- mineral products - 33.5%;
- mechanical and electrical machines - 13.2%;
- road transport facilities - 6%.
In 2013, the exports of mineral fuel, oil and products of its distillation are increased by $ 139.1 million USD; ores, slag and ash - 12.6 million USD; boilers, machinery - 12.4 million USD; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - by 11.1 million USD; fats and animal or vegetable origin oils - 3.2 million USD.
In total imports of goods 43.8% accounted for electrical machinery, 15.2% - for mineral fuel, oil and distillation products, 8.4% - for boilers and machinery, 3.6% - for edible fruits and nuts, 2 7% - alcohol and beverages, 2.5% - for salt, sulfur, earth and stones, 2% - for land transport other than railway.
Comparing with 2012, an increase of import volumes of electric cars on 348 million USD, mineral fuel, oil and its derivatives - on 144.7 million USD, boilers machinery - on 24.1 million USD, land transport other than railway - on 19.2 million USD, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - 13.1 million USD, synthetic or artificial staple fibers - on 4.6 million USD.
However, it is less imported vessels (839, 1 million USD), salt, sulfur, earth and stones (on a 12, 4 million USD), vegetables (on a 8.3 million USD), ferrous metals (on a 6.9 million USD), plastics and polymeric materials (on a 6.3 million USD), fertilizers (on a 5.4 million USD).
