Prohorenkova Irina Mihailovna
First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea
Was born on April 10, 1958 in Nizhniy Tagil, Sverdlov oblyast.
In 1981, she graduated from Simferopol branch of Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute.
She began her career in August 1975 as a Design Draftsman in the Simferopol branch of specialized design engineering and design bureau, where she worked until August 1976. In September, 1981, was employed as a Design Engineer at the Simferopol TV plant «Photon». From 1982 to 1986 she worked as an Engineer at Sevastopol Scientific-Research plant «Krymstroy.» From 1986 to 1990 she worked as an Engineer in the Krasnoyarsk Group for Technical Supervision Uksa of Krasnoyarsk Executive Committee. From 1990 to 1994- worked as an Engineer for the Technical Supervision in the Management of Capital Construction of Simferopol Executive City Council.
From 1994 to 2004 – served as Director of SPE «Inre,» Director of the company «World of Windows».
She began her career in the Ministry in April 2004 as Chief Specialist of Capital Investment, Technological Security and National Reserve Directorate. In 2009 she was transferred to the post of Chief of the Department of the Reserve Fund of the Budget Management of Capital Investments and the Reserve Budget Fund. From November 2011 to July 2012 – worked as Deputy Head of the Analysis of the Socio-Economic Development Directorate – the Head of the Department for Monitoring of the Sectors of the Economy.
In July 2012 she was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
In 2006 received Acknowledgments of the Chairman of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
In 2007 she was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
In 2010 she was awarded the Diploma of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
