For registration of licenses for the export or import of certain goods the participants of foreign trade must apply for a license to the authorized bodies of the Russian Federation on paper and electronic form.

 

Registration of such statements is carried out by means of the “support of foreign trade participants Portal” (http://non-tariff.gov.ru) in the service "My Account".

The list of goods that are essential for the domestic market of the Customs Union, in respect of which in exceptional cases may be used the temporary limitations or bans of export,
