In Pervomaisk district within the frameworks of realization of the project on restoration of the state enterprise farm-factory "1 May" is being built a mechanized dairy farm, designed for 3 thousand heads of dairy cattle. The planned productivity is more than 9 thousand kg. of milk per cow, per year, the production of dairy raw material is planned in the amount of 27-30 tons. It is expected to create 140 jobs, to date is created 39. The project investor is LLC "Crimea-pharming".

 

The total project cost is 198,4 million UAH. In 2013 is invested 49.4 million UAH. The funds received in advance were transferred for the French farm equipment manning.

 

Currently, purchased 34 units of agricultural machinery: heavy tractors Jon Deere, CASE and hinged equipment Lemkin Rubin, Strom Swifter for the basic treatment of soil on a «minimum» technology that helps to protect the surface layer from wind erosion (dust storms), high-tech drills Horshe, Kinze, unique for Ukrainian agricultural equipment for harvesting forage crops (self-propelled mowers NEW Holand, disc rakes Golden Eagle, balers - CLAAS, a device for gathering and stacking baled hay and straw MIL STACK).

 

During the project realization, LLC "Crimea-pharming" repaid debts of the enterprise "1 May": wages in the amount of 1.2 million UAH, to the pension fund - 672.5 thousand UAH, to the budget - 3,5 million UAH.

 

Today Pervomayskiy district has no debt on payment of wages at economically active enterprises, to maximum reduced the debt to the pension fund, the revenues increased on 13.3%, the nominal wages increased on 9.8%.
