The Ministry intensifies efforts on attracting International Technical Assistance

On September 7, 2011, at 10:00 am the seminar on "Development and implementation of cross-border projects under the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument" will take place at the Agency for Regional Development of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. It will be focused on:

Participation of local authorities and territorial communities in European Union projects and programs;
Experience of Ukrainian regions on attracting funding from European funds for implementing development projects at local and regional level in partnership with various agencies and organizations of the European Union countries;
Assisting of the Agency for Regional Development of the ARC in preparation and implementation of international technical assistance projects.

The speakers of the seminar will be:

An expert on institutional development of the EU project "Support to sustainable regional development in Ukraine" amd an expert on assessing projects of Cross Border Cooperation Programme "Poland - Belarus - Ukraine 2007-2013" - Andrey Ginkul;
Deputy Director of the Bukovina Center for Reconstruction and Development - Vitaliy Kirpushko and representatives of the Council of Ministers of the ARC and the Agency for Regional Development.
